Zach Tucker is the Director of Sustainability & CSR at Maple Leaf Farms in Leesburg, where he brings fresh ideas and a passion for community to everything he does. As a proud fourth-generation family member at Maple Leaf Farms and the current Chair of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, Zach is known for his commitment to making a positive impact—both on the environment and in the local community. When he’s not championing sustainability or serving on local boards, you’ll find Zach enjoying a round of golf at one of the county’s many scramble events, savoring a meal at Lady Apsara, or treating friends to a great glass of bourbon and dinner at One Ten Craft Meatery. Zach loves the compassionate spirit that defines Kosciusko County and recommends getting involved in one of the many community causes. What excites Zach about the ALL IN initiative is helping create a thriving future for his three daughters and all who call this place home.
