Dr. Drew Flamm is the President of Grace College in Winona Lake, where he brings energy, vision, and more than 16 years of higher education leadership to campus life. Known for his knack for building partnerships and securing big wins—like the $27 million Catalyst Corridor Project—Drew is passionate about helping students thrive in their unique callings. When he’s not championing new initiatives at Grace, you’ll find him hitting the mountain biking trails around Winona Lake, catching live jazz at the annual summer festival, or introducing friends to the legendary peanut farmer burger at Oak and Alley. Drew loves the active, caring spirit of Kosciusko County and recommends exploring its parks, pickleball courts, and vibrant community events. What excites Drew most about the ALL IN initiative is the chance to deepen collaboration so that both students and the county flourish together.
