Community Experiences Program
Initiative
Vibrant arts, cultural, and entertainment experiences help create communities where people want to live, work, and spend their time. Through the Community Experiences Program (CXP), grant funding is available for projects that enhance quality of life for residents throughout Kosciusko County.
Priority is given to projects that revitalize vacant or underutilized buildings and spaces, particularly within downtown areas. By supporting these community-driven experiences, CXP helps create new opportunities for connection, strengthens local pride, and encourages continued investment in the places that make our communities unique.
Funding Purpose
CXP grants fund new community experiences in Kosciusko County, improving quality of life and supporting orthopedic industry goals. Projects that revitalize downtown areas—especially vacant and/or underused buildings—will be given priority. Qualifying projects that provide entertainment, dining, or arts/culture offerings to the community may receive up to 20% of the total startup cost from the CXP grant program.
Qualified Organizations
Eligible applicants must have both interest and financial capacity to support a new community experience in Kosciusko County. Projects described by the applicant in an initial letter of intent (LOI) must align with CXP’s funding goals. Selected candidates may be invited to submit a formal application upon request by the CXP committee.
