ALL IN Kosciusko is a county-wide initiative focused on uniting the people, industries, and organizations that make this place exceptional. Rooted in a belief that Kosciusko County’s best days are ahead, ALL IN brings together leaders from orthopedics, agriculture, education, government, and beyond — working side by side to shape a bold and collaborative future.
This effort was born out of a desire to align our county’s strengths and invest in long-term growth. With historic support from the State of Indiana and momentum from key partners across the region, ALL IN Kosciusko is more than a campaign — it’s a movement.
What We’re Building
Our official leadership team will be announced soon, and with it, a shared mission and vision that reflects the diversity, potential, and values of our entire county. Together, we’re defining what it means to go “ALL IN.”
In the meantime, the work is already underway — forging partnerships, launching new projects, and amplifying the people and stories that make Kosciusko County thrive.
